Woodside Place Farm has been in the Craig family for generations and from this Woodside Livery Yard was born in 1994. A former cattle farm, Woodside Livery offers excellent grazing and off road hacking. There are also many inter-connecting bridle paths/by-ways which can give you hours of off road hacking.

Evelyn Adams took over the management of the yard in 2006 and many improvements have been made to give Woodside Livery good facilities and make the yard more social. Evelyn is currently competing in Affiliated dressage but has in the past participated in BSJA Showjumping, Hunting  and One Day Eventing. She has brought up four horses from youngsters and has a positive yet sympathetic approach to her animals.  Evelyn treats all the horses on the yard with the same care as her own and is always available for help or advice.

Trips to venues such as Olympia, Badminton, Burghley and The National Dressage Championships have been organised by Evelyn for the liveries and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Woodside Livery also has an “in house” show once a year with food and a barbeque which is extremely popular.

Woodside Jumping Club has monthly clinics with Showjumping trainer John Adams and various other trainers attend the yard including, Simon Battram, Pippa Haywood, Edward Johnson and Terry Scudda. You can bring your own trainer or join in with the others if space allows.
